Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT, Inc.) Announces Acquisition of Master Solutions, LLC

GREENBELT, Md., Dec. 30 /PRNewswire/ — SGT, Inc., a leading provider of Engineering, Science, Project Management, and Information Technology services, today announced it has acquired Colorado-based Master Solutions, LLC (MSL) which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of SGT.

MSL provides full lifecycle software engineering, systems engineering, and enterprise architecture services and solutions for the DoD and commercial markets. The acquisition, which is effective December 31, 2009, expands the SGT footprint from 18 to 22 locations nationwide, and bolsters SGT capabilities in space situational awareness, C2 for net-centric operations, and modeling and simulation. Key customers of MSL include the Air Force Space Command, Electronic Systems Center, US Strategic Command, Air Combat Command, North American Aerospace Defense Command, and US Northern Command.
