The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, full-line contract with a maximum $45,471,239 to provide fresh fruit and vegetable support. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. There were two responses to the Web proposal. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Defense Working Capital Funds. CFM International, Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, sole-source contract with a maximum $15,365,280 for turbine assemblies. There are no other locations of performance. Using service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Air Force Working Capital Funds. There was one proposal with one response. The date of performance completion is Dec. 31, 2014. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (SPRTA1-11-G-0001-00H6).

CFM International, Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract with a maximum $5,076,030 for F108 turbine assemblies. There are no other locations of performance. Using service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Air Force Working Capital Funds. There was one proposal with one response. The date of performance completion is June 30, 2015. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (SPRTA1-11-G-0001-0007).

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

The Missile Defense Agency is announcing the award of a contract modification to Gray Research, Inc., Huntsville, Ala., under contract W9113M-05-D-0003. The value of this contract modification is $19,313,271, increasing the total ceiling contract value from $188,381,767 to $207,695,038. Under this modification, the contractor will continue performing work under its previously competitively awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract, providing data management services for the Missile Defense Data Center Program. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala. The contract ordering period is being extended by six months, from July 31, 2012 to Jan. 31, 2013. Obligations will be made using fiscal 2012 and 2013 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation 0400 funds. This is not a Foreign Military Sales acquisition. The Missile Defense Agency Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Sierra Nevada Corp., Sparks, Nev., is being awarded a $45,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-no-fee contract to procure products and services in support of the Precision Strike Package Program. The location of the performance is Englewood, Colo. Work is to be completed by Oct. 29, 2012. AAC/PKES, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8677-12-D-0089).

Sun Edison, L.L.C., Beltsville, Md., is being awarded a $38,400,000 firm-fixed-price contract for electricity to be provided from a photovoltaic array built, owned, and operated by the contractor, located on leased property at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., for a period not to exceed 25 years. The location of the performance is Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. Work is to be completed by Dec. 31, 2032. 355 CONS, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., is the contracting activity (FA4877-10-H-V003, previously FA4877-10-H-V002).

L-3 Communications Systems, Salt Lake City, Utah, is being awarded a $10,005,050 a firm-fixed-price contract to procure beyond line sight command and control for long lead common data link items parts and labor. The location of the performance is Salt Lake City, Utah. Work is to be completed by Sept. 19, 2013. AFMC/ESC, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (FA8307-12-C-0006).

Raytheon Co., Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded an $8,796,079 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to procure hardware in the loop facility upgrade and study. The location of the performance is Tucson, Ariz. Work is to be completed by June 30, 2013. AAC/EBAD, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8675-12-C-0044).

Alloy Surfaces Co., Ashton, Pa., is being awarded a $7,631,613 firm-fixed-price contract to procure aircraft MJU-50s impulse cartridges, decoy flares. The location of the performance is Ashton, Pa. Work is to be completed by Dec. 31, 2012. OO-ALC GHGKA, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8213-12-C-0062).

WASHINGTON HEADQUARTERS SERVICE

Science Applications International Corp., McLean, Va., is being awarded a $1,798,732 modification, which brings the total of all prior modifications/increments to $14,916,624, under previously awarded contract (HQ0034-11-F-0080) to provide mission support services for court room and case preparation. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., with an estimated completion date of April 14, 2016. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with one bid received. Washington Headquarters Service is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY

InfoReliance Corp., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded an $8,680,046 time-and-material with firm-fixed-price options contract for expert Microsoft consulting services to fully enable new technologies in support of its business and mission needs. The location of performance is Fort Belvoir, Va., and is expected to be completed July 5, 2013. Contract funds will be a combination of research and development funds, and operations and maintenance funds. This contract was competitively solicited through General Services Administration Advantage, and five proposals were received. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (HDTRA1-12-F-0013).
