NAVY

TCOM, L.P.*, Columbia, Md., is being awarded a $12,204,993 firm-fixed-price order against General Services Administration Schedule GS-07F-9173S for the procurement of three 28M aerostat systems and three site spares in support of Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems for the Army.
