William Phillips and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Procurement Edward Harrington testify at a hearing of the Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan at 9:30 a.m. EDT in room 106, Dirksen Senate Office Building.

Commander, Joint Task Force Haiti Lt. Gen. Ken Keen will conduct a press briefing on the status of U. S. military operations in Haiti at 10 a.m. EDT, in the DoD Briefing Room, 2E973.
