Gulf states seek U.S. aircraft, upgrades
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- The Royal Saudi Air Force wants the Pentagon to upgrade its AWACS and aerial tanker aircraft, a deal worth $1.5 billion.
