ADAPTIVE METHODS ANNOUNCES CORPORATE LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS

Centreville, VA, February 13, 2009 – Adaptive Methods announced today that it has established three Divisions and corresponding corporate leadership appointments. The new Divisions are Business Development, ASW (Anti -Submarine Warfare) Programs, and Research and Development. These actions have been taken to best position the Company to meet its strategic objectives. Mark Meister will lead the Business Development Division. Meister, who has been with Adaptive Methods for over 20 years, will guide the development of new markets and customers that complement Adaptive Methods engineering expertise and its product line.

Don Cooper will take over the leadership position for ASW programs. Cooper will be responsible for contract performance and continued growth of Adaptive Methods core Navy business. He brings over 25 years of Navy/ASW program management and competitive proposal preparation experience to this position.

Barclay Roman will lead the Research and Development Division. In that capacity, he will guide the development of new technologies and products for the Company in all of its markets. Roman offers more than 25 years of experience in sensor, signal, display, and information processing system development and technology transition.

Adaptive Methods, headquartered in Virginia with offices in Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, and Rhode Island, is a developer of advanced sensor processing and computing architecture products for surveillance, security, and military combat systems.
