Russians tell NATO to act on security dialogue

MOSCOW, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was not put off by the belligerent rhetoric used by officials of the former Soviet republic of Georgia who openly threatened to solve the country's territorial disputes by force.
